In short

Digi Dukaan is a mobile app. It does not use advertising cookies, advertising identifiers or tracking pixels, and it does not follow you across other apps or websites.

What the app keeps on your phone

What	Why	Can you switch it off?
Your sign-in session, in your phone's secure storage	So you stay signed in	Needed. Signing out removes it.
Your cart, and things you did while offline that are waiting to be sent (a review, a photo)	So the app works on a weak connection	Needed. Signing out or deleting your account clears them.
Your privacy choices	So the app respects them before it contacts our servers	Needed.
A crash-report identifier	To group crash reports from one device	Optional — off until you switch crash reports on. Privacy & Legal → Privacy choices.
Usage statistics waiting to be sent	To send them together on a weak connection	Optional — off until you switch usage statistics on. Switching it off discards what was waiting.

The pages you are reading now set no cookies, run no scripts and load nothing from other websites.

Shop QR codes

When you open a printed shop QR code in a browser, we record the shop, the code, the browser's user-agent and a one-way hash, to count scans. No cookie is set.

Our staff dashboard

The dashboard our team uses keeps the staff member's sign-in session and display settings in their browser, and one cookie that remembers whether the menu is open. It is not used by buyers or shop owners.
