Reporting content and infringement
- Version 2026-09-29
- Effective from 29 September 2026
- For information
Draft pending legal review. Where this page shows “not yet provided”, the operator has not published that detail yet.
What you can report
- A shop name, logo, photo or product listing that uses your copyright or trade mark without permission, or sells counterfeits of your goods.
- A review, photo or listing that shows your private details or private images, or pretends to be you.
- Anything else that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy.
You do not need an account to report.
How to report
- In the app: the report option on a review or shop, or Privacy & Legal → Complaints.
- By email to the Grievance Officer: [NOT YET PROVIDED: Grievance Officer email].
Tell us:
- who you are and how to reach you;
- exactly what you are reporting — the shop, product or review, as named in the app;
- what is wrong with it;
- for copyright or trade mark: what your work or mark is, that you own it or act for the owner, and that the use is not authorised. A registration number helps but is not required.
Report only what you believe to be true. A false report may make you liable to the person you report.
What we do
- We give you a reference number and a copy of your report.
- We acknowledge it within 24 hours.
- Private or intimate images of you, or content impersonating you: removed or disabled within 2 hours of your complaint.
- Other requests to remove unlawful content: acted on within 36 hours.
- Everything else: resolved within 7 days.
- When a court or an authorised government officer orders content removed, we remove it within the time the law gives.
We tell the person who posted the content what was removed and why, and they can appeal from the app. If we decide not to remove something, we tell you why.
Repeat infringers
A shop or account that keeps posting infringing or unlawful content is suspended or closed.
Authorities
Requests from courts and government agencies go to the Grievance Officer at the address on the Grievance redressal page. We act on a lawful order and keep the records the law requires.
