Who delivers

The shop you order from delivers your order itself, or keeps it ready for you to collect. Digi Dukaan does not carry, store or ship goods and has no delivery staff.

Where

Each shop sets how far it delivers. The app shows you shops that deliver to your address, in India only. If a shop cannot deliver to the address you choose, the app says so before you order.

What it costs

• The delivery fee is set by the shop and depends on the distance. Some shops deliver free above an order value or within a distance.
• The fee for your address is shown at checkout, as its own line, before you place the order. It does not change after you place it.
• Pickup has no delivery fee.
• A shop may set a minimum order value. The app tells you when your cart is below it.

When

Where a shop gives a delivery estimate, the app shows it. It is the shop's estimate, not a guarantee. The order screen shows each step — accepted, being prepared, out for delivery or ready for pickup, delivered — as the shop records it.

Receiving your order

• Give a complete address, a map pin and a phone number the shop can reach.
• Check the goods and the bill when you receive them, and pay the shop in cash unless the order is on udhaar.
• If the shop cannot reach you or the address is wrong, it may cancel the order.

If something goes wrong

If an order is late, incomplete, damaged or never arrives, contact the shop from the order screen first. If that does not settle it, see Cancellations, returns and refunds and Grievance redressal.
